A free training session for people who deliver training*, especially if you have recently taken or are thinking about doing the PTLLS qualification.

The training will be delivered by Philip Mantom, Development and Training Officer at Lichfield and District CVS and will cover:

• Working with learners before the course delivery
• Adapting sessions for learners needs
• Ensuring inclusion
• Getting better outcomes from the training you deliver

The free training session is funded by Staffordshire County Council Adult and Community Learning, this is a one day course, with lots of opportunities to attend, there’s one near you!

Community Training Skills starts in January 2012 and run through to June 2012 in various locations across Staffordshire:

• Cannock at Chase CVS Thursday 26th January
• Tamworth at Stoneydelph Arch 9th February
• Newcastle-under-Lyme at Newcastle CVS Thursday 23rd February
• Stafford at Rising Brook Fire Station Thursday 8th March
• Biddulph at Staffordshire Moorlands Children’s Centre for Thursday 22nd March
• Lichfield at Lichfield CVS Tuesday 1st May
• Burton-upon-Trent at Queens Street Community Centre Thursday 3rd May
• Codsall at Codsall Village Hall Pavilion Wednesday 13th June
