S3SN aims to create a county wide network of third sector organisations to influence decision makers, facilitate joint working, show best practice and look at new ways of working. S3SN facilitates a closer working relationship between statutory agencies and the third sector, mainly through engagement within Local Strategic Partnerships and the development of Local Area Agreements.
